Andrew was extremely nervous. He was afraid to expose his feelings to Isabella, but didn’t want to risk staying in the friend zone. So it was now or never! After all, Isabella was the one. “It was about time!” she said. It was…PERFECT!
Leanne was living in Cardiff when she met Matt and since she now worked mostly remotely, it was time to up sticks, sell her house and move to Gloucestershire to live with Matt and make their home together!
After a brilliant but hectic trip to Japan, we stopped at the Maldives to recover and it was here that Matt proposed. Although his plans were delayed after being derailed by a room attendant trying to restock our mini fridge just at the wrong moment! But 2 days later after the most incredible final day spent kayaking and snorkelling, Matt popped the question whilst we were sat on the verandah of our water villa gazing at the stars! It couldn’t be more perfect and of course the answer was ‘yes – a thousand times yes!’
Words cannot describe how lucky we both feel to be proud parents to Nathan. He has bought such joy into our lives with his curious, cheeky personality.
